This is the one.

Been using this one for years. Simply the best dominoes app for iOS.

Current issues:

When I click on a notification to go in game I dont see the "
Shuffling and drawing doesnt seem random enough.

Last update was February hopefully a new one is coming.

This really is the best bones app. Love it so much.
